- ·Manage the end-to-end technical content pipeline: analytical reports, assessment guides, data tools, training materials and knowledge resources used by governments, UN agencies and humanitarian practitioners worldwide.
- ·Translate complex quantitative research and expert analysis into accessible content, from practitioner guides to high-level policy briefs, maintaining technical accuracy and brand consistency.
- ·Brief, coordinate and review contributions from researchers, data analysts and thematic experts across multiple country contexts.
- ·Manage internal and external knowledge platforms, structuring content for reusability, discoverability and alignment with strategic messaging frameworks.
- ·Lead the rethinking and refresh of internal communication workflows, including the integration of AI tooling to speed up production while protecting analytical quality.
- ·Support the build of audience-facing dashboards for the INFORM Severity Index, helping humanitarians, UN agencies and donors make sense of evolving crises across different contexts.
- ·Lead coordination of international stakeholder events and training sessions: content, logistics, speaker prep, follow-up.
- ·Manage a team of 4 and an annual content & communications budget of €600,000.
